At Ruze Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear shows no signs of outdoor wear to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original manufacturer box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
